THE LAB
The dimensional calibration laboratory is 30 squared meters wide. Here our lab technicians perform calibration of lenght measuring tools: from calipers to gauge blocks, surface and height gauges, micrometers and plain/threaded, cylindrical/conical ring and plug gauges.
In this space, our technicians operate daily in name of one key word: precision.
THE MACHINERY FLEET
Dimensional calibration is performed by sophisticated equipment, such as:
- Mahr ULM600 Universal Lenght Measuring Instrument
- Linear lenght measuring unit ZEUSS 3000 HIGH PRECISION
- Ceramic gauge block sets grade 0
- Set of plain master ring gauges - diameter: 3mm and 6mm
